Spot Cleaning Tafatta

No time for the dry cleaners. This is an acetate tafatta. Anyone know what might work to remove a few spots of (adult style) eggnog?

    Taffeta tends to water spot, so go to a hidden spot (usually a lining or facing inside) and try a moist towel, wiping gingerly. Then, either take a medium-hot iron or a blow dryer to dry the hidden wetness.

    If it looks good, try the nog spot. Good luck...
