      Sorry to report: Dickens Unplugged closed prematurely, the publicist said this morning. Apparently didn't do well enough; he'll have to bring it to San Francisco.

          It was great!
          I saw it.
          I just checked their web page & the Comedy Theatre's webpage, they aren't selling any more tickets.

          More the pity.

          It was the Complete-Dickens with a slight western flavor.
          I'm guessing that the Brit's "just don't get it".

          I don't know if Adam is coming back to Santa Rosa or not....

          Unfortunately, it wouldn't quite work at the Dickens Fair... IMHO... it breaks the 4th wall, a bit too much
          besides having a Mark Twain styled show... and accents...

            Why would Adam come back to Santa Rosa? He's been living in London for almost 20 years.

            And Dickens is ALL ABOUT breaking that fourth wall.
